Hello, my name is Jay Brokenshire, and today you're reading the first ever post published for the show, by the show of The Personal Medicine Podcast. Thank you for joining us here on the blog. There will be episode transcription posts here for every episode as a blog post prior to the episode airing as a podcast. It's to keep the blog consistent with the content of the podcast. I will be posting here weekly. Every 2nd and 4rth week of every month, an hour or two prior to releasing an episode, could also be 3 or 4 episodes prior to a release of an episode at max by the way, but, I'll be releasing the podcast script as a blog post so that there will be no physical handouts and, the good news it there'll be no PDFs to download! Thank you for reading this post as the first announcement of this blog. Also, please note that every podcast episode's script is an announcement in and of itself the the episode will be releasing within 3 to 4 hours of the blog post at max and a minimum of a few minutes prior to the episode airing online at https://thepersonalmedicinepodcast.buzzsprout.com and I'd like to thank you for your consideration of listening to my podcast in advance!
